I am driven by a pursuit of better. I believe that success is not a destination but a journey. Nothing inspires me more than the words “that can’t be done”! It is this desire to challenge the status quo and find better ways of doing things that has led to the development and growth of Fitzroy of London - taking arguably one of the hardest areas for interior designers to work in and making it easy for them to design the epitome of class and compliance therefore removing a major headache from them.
For our team, this desire to improve means that we are continuously working together to be the best we can be.

What I love most about my role:
Having grown with the business, one of the most fulfilling elements of the role is seeing our people stretching outside their comfort zones and growing towards their potential.;It continuously inspires me to see what can be achieved as the team push together towards one goal as one team.
I remain in contact with customers including some that I first pitched to over a decade ago! These strategic relationships and market contact are so important to learn what we are doing well and what we can improve.
