Tapis and Co, a specialist contract merchant based in Harrow, London, approached Fitzroy of London to specify and price the DOC M requirements for Hampton by Hilton, Old Street. With over four years of collaboration with Tapis on various care home projects, we applied our DOC M expertise to this hospitality development. Partnering closely with Tapis and their client, The Westcombe Group, this project involved constructing a new build on the site of a former car park in Central London. Westcombe is a renowned property developer in London, specialising in residential and hospitality projects.
