W Budapest

Housed in the historic Drechsler Palace, W Budapest is a modern-day homage to the city’s rich heritage. Situated along Andrássy Avenue, one of Budapest’s most iconic streets, the hotel blends the grandeur of the Belle Époque with contemporary luxury. Inspired by the city’s vibrant café culture and its legendary figures - including the glamour of Zsa Zsa Gabor and the illusionary artistry of Houdini - W Budapest offers a visually immersive experience. Every design detail is meticulously curated, ensuring an atmosphere of timeless elegance with a playful twist.

Hard Rock Hotel, London

In April 2019, the iconic Hard Rock Hotel London opened its doors, marking a significant transformation of the former Cumberland Hotel into a vibrant destination that embodies the spirit of music and luxury. Located at the corner of Oxford Street and Park Lane, this 900-room establishment features dynamic public spaces, including two bars and the renowned Hard Rock Café.

Grantley Hall

Nestled in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales, Grantley Hall seamlessly blends stately grandeur with contemporary elegance. This 17th-century estate has been meticulously restored to offer 47 luxurious bedrooms and suites, five exceptional restaurants - including the Michelin-starred Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall - three stunning bars, and award-winning spa and wellness facilities.

Middle Eight

Middle Eight, positioned between Holborn and Covent Garden, is no ordinary hotel. This establishment effortlessly combines elegance with its distinct personality, featuring 12 suites and 190 rooms, each exuding charm and character.

The Smurf House

Nestled in the picturesque Devon countryside, Smurf House is a beautifully designed retreat that seamlessly combines modern luxury with rustic charm. A standout property within the Finest Stays collection, Smurf House offers an immersive and stylish experience, reflecting thoughtful design and high-quality craftsmanship.

71 George Street, Edinburgh

Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s Georgian New Town, 71 George Street Aparthotel offers a blend of luxury living and heritage charm. This prime city centre location provides guests with unparalleled access to Edinburgh’s vibrant cultural and culinary scene, from independent coffee roasteries to iconic museums and galleries. Righ Properties partnered with esteemed designer Bell & Swift and merchant Neville Lumb to bring this project to life.

Hilton Woking Hotel

Set in the heart of Woking, Hilton Woking is a striking addition to the skyline, offering a refined and modern hospitality experience. The hotel features luxurious rooms, exceptional dining options, and state-of-the-art facilities, all designed to provide an elevated stay for every guest.

Fitzroy of London played a key role in providing the the products to deliver design-led accessible bathrooms, ensuring that every guest, regardless of mobility, experiences the same level of comfort and elegance.

Beaumont Hotel, Mayfair

Situated in the heart of London’s prestigious Mayfair, The Beaumont Hotel is a masterpiece of inclusive bathroom design, embodying Art Deco elegance and modern comfort. Originally opened in 2014, the hotel seamlessly blends 1920s-inspired interiors with contemporary luxury, offering an intimate, boutique experience within a grand architectural setting.

SeaSpace

Set on the picturesque coast of Newquay, SeaSpace embodies a seamless blend of coastal charm, modern aesthetics, and inclusive hospitality. This design-led destination offers a curated experience with luxurious apartments, vibrant community spaces, and a focus on flexibility—allowing every guest to tailor their stay, whether for an hour, a day, or longer.

Tim Hortons

In 2017, Tim Hortons, the well-known international coffee shop and restaurant chain from Canada, made its way to the UK and quickly gained popularity. Uniformity and excellent standards throughout all franchises became crucial as their UK presence increased.

Great Scotland Yard Hotel

HBA Dubai approached Fitzroy of London to join forces on the transformation of The Great Scotland Yard's bathrooms, with a focus on creating accessible bathroom designs that match the elegance and historical charm of the 5 star hotel, located in Westminster.

Drum Street Hotel

Studio Moren is an award-winning practice of architecture and interior design specialists working right across the hospitality spectrum. Based in London and working internationally with live projects throughout the UK, Europe and Africa, it has established a world-renowned reputation, with the design-led ethos of ‘Creating Places People Want To Stay’ at the heart of everything we do.

The Ned Hotel

In the heart of London, in the historic old headquarters of Midland Bank, sits the opulent 250-room Ned Hotel. Belonging to the esteemed SOHO House Group, this architectural marvel combines the grace of the 1920s with contemporary conveniences, all the while conjuring up the glitz of the Edwardian period.

The Stratford

The Stratford is a high-end, prestige hospitality space that evokes the glamour and maverick social spirit of New York’s legendary long-stay hotels. They onboarded the assistance of Fitzroy of London to create a fully compliant washroom that stayed true to its surroundings.

Turner House

Architects Former UK and Fayers Plumbing commissioned Fitzroy of London to deliver a design-led solution that would align with Diageo’s vision of a world-class, inclusive workplace.

Hampton by Hilton Old Street

Tapis and Co, a specialist contract merchant based in Harrow, London, approached Fitzroy of London to specify and price the DOC M requirements for Hampton by Hilton, Old Street. With over four years of collaboration with Tapis on various care home projects, we applied our DOC M expertise to this hospitality development. Partnering closely with Tapis and their client, The Westcombe Group, this project involved constructing a new build on the site of a former car park in Central London. Westcombe is a renowned property developer in London, specialising in residential and hospitality projects.
