About La Suite Novotel by Accor, PSG

In partnership with ALL , Novotel introduced a revolutionary hospitality concept: “La Suite Novotel by ALL.com” - the world’s first permanent hotel room inside a football stadium. Located within the iconic Parc des Princes, home of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), this innovative space offers guests a VIP luxury experience while immersing them in the energy of live matches of Ligue 1 and The Champions League. As part of ALL’s ongoing collaboration with PSG, established in 2019, this project reflects a commitment to elevating fan engagement and setting new standards for immersive hospitality experiences.

The Brief

Fitzroy of London was approached by Federico Toresi, Thibaut Petris, and Mickael Gouret to contribute to this world-first concept by ensuring its inclusive bathroom design. Our role was to provide removable accessible grab bars in a matching finish and design to complement the LAUFEN Bathrooms and Roca Group products used in the suite. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate luxury accessible bathrooms into a hospitality space that embodies exclusivity and elegance, while ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements.

Our Approach

To align with the sophisticated aesthetic of the suite, Fitzroy of London selected products from our Signature Range – Gosfield Collection in a Matt Black finish. This choice not only matched the existing bathroom fixtures but also upheld the design integrity of the space. Our team worked closely with the project stakeholders to ensure that the grab bars were both aesthetically cohesive and met the highest standards of functionality and inclusivity.

The removable design of the grab bars provided flexibility for the space, allowing it to cater to guests with different accessibility needs without compromising on style. As accessible bathroom experts, we carefully balanced form and function, ensuring that the space remained inclusive without detracting from its high-end appeal.

The Result

The final installation successfully delivered an accessible bathroom design that seamlessly blended with the suite’s luxurious atmosphere. The Matt Black finish of the grab bars complemented the contemporary elegance of the bathroom, ensuring a unified aesthetic. Most importantly, our contribution helped establish La Suite Novotel by ALL.com as a space where every guest - regardless of ability - can enjoy the ultimate football hospitality experience.

Fitzroy worked with GBE Services to supply the accessible products for accessible shower and changing rooms, helping create a space that supports accessibility requirements while complementing the high-quality refurbishment throughout the building.

Tiptoe Retreat, Northumberland

Located in the heart of North Northumberland, Tiptoe Retreat offers luxury accommodation on a family farm set along the banks of the River Till, between the Northumberland coastline and the rolling landscape of Northumberland National Park. The retreat combines contemporary design, sustainability and wellbeing-focused experiences, creating a peaceful destination for guests seeking relaxation and escape. The Howlet cabin was specifically designed to be wheelchair accessible while maintaining the premium character of the wider development.
