For this visitor centre at a UK cheese manufacturing site, the client required a high-quality accessible washroom space that met strict compliance standards while also complementing the wider interior design.

The project required reliable, regulation-ready, and accessible bathroom products that could be installed quickly and accurately, without compromising on aesthetic appeal. Elite Plumbing, the project's installer, turned to Fitzroy of London for durable solutions with a coordinated finish.

Fitzroy of London worked closely with Elite Plumbing to supply a left-handed Infrared Premium Rimless Back to Wall Doc M Toilet Pack, finished in Matt Black from our Oxford Collection.

This inclusive bathroom design not only met all regulatory and usability requirements but also enhanced hygiene and maintenance with its sensor-activated flush and rimless pan—ideal for commercial environments.

We supported the install with clear fixing instructions, component coordination, and finish consistency checks across the entire pack. Our involvement ensured compliance with Approved Document M and Regulation 4, while keeping install straightforward and efficient.
