About Lost Property St Paul's
Lost Property St Paul’s London – Curio Collection by Hilton offers an immersive, characterful stay just moments from the iconic cathedral. This boutique hotel celebrates London's eccentric past and vibrant present, inviting guests to explore curiosities, lost trades, fashions, and forgotten conversations. With design elements that surprise and delight, every corner encourages discovery and a sense of escape.
This is not just a place to stay - it’s a place to get wonderfully lost.
The Brief
ICA – Hospitality, Architecture & Interiors approached Fitzroy of London to collaborate on a bathroom design that could capture the distinct personality of Lost Property. The brief was clear: create luxury accessible bathrooms that reflect the hotel’s eccentric charm, provide practical functionality, and meet the accessibility needs of all guests without compromising on style.
As experienced accessible bathroom experts, we were challenged to deliver a design solution that was both visually bold and completely inclusive.
Our Approach
We had our Signature range specified for this project, using the Gosfield Collection in Matt Black finish to bring a dramatic, timeless elegance to the space. Our team worked closely with ICA to ensure the design was fully compliant with accessibility regulations while maintaining the eclectic, premium aesthetic central to the hotel’s brand identity.
By balancing inclusive bathroom design with visual impact, we created a seamless integration of function and flair. Every fixture was carefully considered - from DDA-compliant grab rails and support bars to refined finishes that complemented the hotel's curated look.
We collaborated throughout the design and specification process, adapting our accessible bathroom products to ensure they fit perfectly within the layout and vision of each space.

The Result
The final bathrooms at Lost Property are striking, confident, and effortlessly accessible. The Matt Black Gosfield Collection injects boldness while enhancing the texture and tone of the interior scheme. Each room now features an inclusive bathroom that upholds the hotel’s eccentric, luxurious appeal - without sacrificing usability or comfort.
By incorporating expertly engineered fittings with artistic detailing, we delivered truly luxury accessible bathrooms that feel considered and bespoke.
Value to the Customer
For ICA and the Hilton, working with Fitzroy of London provided more than product supply - it offered peace of mind. As bathroom design experts, we ensured that every detail, regulation, and aesthetic requirement was met. The result is a series of bathroom spaces that feel as imaginative as the hotel’s concept, while standing up to the practical realities of daily hospitality use.
This case study demonstrates how great design can unite accessibility with artistry - helping interior designers shape commercial environments that are not only beautiful but welcoming to all.
