About Maldron Liverpool

Situated in the heart of one of the UK’s most vibrant cities, the Maldron Liverpool City Centre offers a welcoming stay for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the Royal Albert Docks, Liverpool ONE, and the M&S Bank Arena. With its modern interiors and exceptional facilities, the Maldron reflects Liverpool’s rich cultural scene while catering to a broad mix of guests — including those with access needs.

The Brief

Working alongside Beggs & Partners, Fitzroy of London was asked to contribute to the hotel’s inclusive design goals by supplying high-quality, cohesive bathroom accessories that would enhance the guest experience. The objective was to achieve a consistent design language throughout the property — including its accessible bathrooms — with products that match the elegance and modern aesthetic of the wider hotel.

Our Approach

We specified products from our Signature Range, selecting the Gosfield Collection in Polished Stainless Steel for a timeless and versatile finish. Our team of accessible bathroom experts collaborated closely with Beggs & Partners to ensure the accessories not only met the highest standards in compliance but also delivered on the hotel’s vision for inclusive bathroom design.

Every detail — from product spacing to finish selection — was considered in line with Doc M compliance while maintaining the design integrity of the bathrooms. Our ability to provide both technical insight and aesthetic expertise ensured the end result looked cohesive, considered, and elegant.

The Result

The completed accessible bathrooms at the Maldron Liverpool City Centre are an excellent example of how luxury accessible bathrooms can combine style with full functionality. Our accessible bathroom products harmonise effortlessly with the wider hotel interiors, reinforcing a sense of continuity and thoughtfulness in every space.

Value to the Customer

By choosing Fitzroy of London, the client gained access to a partner with deep experience in accessible bathroom design, capable of translating design concepts into compliant, visually aligned solutions. Working with our team provided the following value:

  • Seamless aesthetic integration across all bathrooms, accessible and standard.

  • Regulation-ready products from a trusted supplier of bathroom design experts.

  • A polished, high-end finish that met the expectations of a modern four-star hotel.
