Holiday Inn Express London Limehouse is a modern hotel located in the heart of London’s historic East End. Just a short walk from Limehouse DLR station, it offers guests convenient access to central London, the O2 arena, and London City Airport. The Brief

Located in the heart of East London, the Holiday Inn Express London Limehouse is a contemporary hotel offering comfort, convenience, and connectivity. Just a five-minute walk from Limehouse DLR station, the hotel provides easy access to central London, the O2 arena, and London City Airport. With a vibrant local area rich in culture, art, and history, the hotel attracts both leisure and business travellers.

Fitzroy of London worked with both Faucets and The Big Bath Company to contribute to the hotel’s refurbishment. The goal: to deliver luxury accessible bathrooms that seamlessly blend style, functionality, and inclusivity - enhancing the guest experience while meeting the highest standards of accessibility.

Our Approach

Understanding the needs of a high-traffic hospitality environment, we focused on delivering bespoke accessible bathroom products that would elevate both form and function. We specified products from our Style Ranges, Marylebone & Oxford Collection, in Satin & White finishes - a timeless combination that complements the hotel’s modern aesthetic.

Our team worked closely with the design and installation partners to ensure every detail aligned with the hotel’s brand and operational requirements. From layout planning to compliance with accessibility regulations, we provided expert consultation throughout the process.

Tapis and Co, a specialist contract merchant based in Harrow, London, approached Fitzroy of London to specify and price the DOC M requirements for Hampton by Hilton, Old Street. With over four years of collaboration with Tapis on various care home projects, we applied our DOC M expertise to this hospitality development. Partnering closely with Tapis and their client, The Westcombe Group, this project involved constructing a new build on the site of a former car park in Central London. Westcombe is a renowned property developer in London, specialising in residential and hospitality projects.
