The Brief

Hilton London Gatwick Airport serves a diverse mix of international travellers, business guests and event attendees. In a hospitality environment of this scale, accessible washrooms must provide a positive user experience while maintaining the quality and visual standards expected throughout the hotel.

The project required a solution that supported inclusive bathroom design principles and could withstand the demands of a busy, high-traffic environment. The accessible washroom facilities needed to feel well integrated within the overall interior scheme, demonstrating that accessibility and design quality can work together seamlessly.
