About Beaumont Hotel, Mayfair

Situated in the heart of London’s prestigious Mayfair, The Beaumont Hotel is a masterpiece of inclusive bathroom design, embodying Art Deco elegance and modern comfort. Originally opened in 2014, the hotel seamlessly blends 1920s-inspired interiors with contemporary luxury, offering an intimate, boutique experience within a grand architectural setting.

The Brief

When refurbishing The Beaumont Mayfair’s bathrooms, maintaining the integrity of its Art Deco aesthetic while ensuring inclusivity was paramount. Fitzroy collaborated with Reardon Smith Architects and West One Bathrooms to deliver a design that married timeless elegance with functional accessibility.

The Kirkman Collection from Fitzroy of London’s Signature range was selected for its sophisticated yet practical appeal, providing a seamless fit within the hotel’s interiors. The challenge was to ensure that these luxury spaces were not only visually striking but also met the highest standards of accessible bathroom design.

Our Approach

At Fitzroy, we believe that accessibility should never compromise elegance. Our approach to The Beaumont Hotel project was rooted in a deep understanding of both design heritage and modern functionality. The Kirkman Collection gives a luxurious nod to the iconic Art Deco era, combining bold glamour with classic design.  By working closely with architects and designers, we tailored the Kirkman Collection in the chosen finish of Polished Chrome to align seamlessly with the existing interiors, combining high-quality materials, expert craftsmanship, and innovative inclusive bathroom design solutions to create an environment that is both visually stunning and universally functional.

The Result

Through meticulous planning and expert craftsmanship, Fitzroy successfully delivered a range of luxury accessible bathrooms, in a Polished Chrome, finish that complement The Beaumont’s distinct character. The Kirkman Collection played a crucial role in achieving this balance, offering bespoke detailing and impeccable finishes that enhance the guest experience.
