The Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting our marketing manager and product teams to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of key marketing functions, driving brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation through a well-rounded and content-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Implementation: Manage and execute a content strategy designed to boost brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate inbound leads.
  • HubSpot Management: Optimise the use of HubSpot at a Marketing Hub level, ideally as a Super Admin, ensuring seamless campaign execution and data management.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update our HubSpot CMS website, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and is optimised for performance.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media accounts, creating, publishing, and engaging with content that resonates with our audience.
  • Communications Planning: Plan and execute internal and external communications, including email campaigns, company announcements, and press releases.
  • Collaborative Marketing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create marketing and sales collateral that supports business objectives.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with GDPR regulations.
  • KPI Management: Own and manage marketing KPIs, providing regular analysis, reporting, and data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing activities.
  • Lead Generation: Drive MQL lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Qualifications: L4 CIM Marketing Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in a B2B marketing role, with a focus on content marketing, social media, and HubSpot.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CMS website administration, social media management (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest), and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident oral presentation abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numeracy and analytical ability, with experience in making data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with GDPR regulations, SEO (SEMrush or similar), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and NetSuite ERP.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Adobe Suites (InDesign, Photoshop), graphic and video creation platforms (Canva), Sales Navigator, and other CRM platforms.

Location:

Billingham (can be split between our Billingham and Wynyard offices)

Type:

Full-time. 40hrs, Monday - Friday (2.30pm finish on Fridays)

Salary:

Up to £28,000, based on experience
