The Role:

A hunter-Like, spearhead Fitzroy of London representative for contractors and trade market. Exponentially grow the product profit from trade channel in respective territory. Proactively & consistently achieve KPI results and proactively report on these. Proactively manage the opportunity pipeline by pulling through projects where a NYMAS Group / Fitzroy of London  product is specified; and engaging with contractors to break spec when competitors’ products are specified. Be the go-to trusted advisor for accessible washroom product needs for contractors & contract merchants in territory and where specification is held by architect or client, generate leads for the specification team to develop. Ensure top-100 contractors are aware of Fitzroy of London we have established relationship with them. Engage with contract merchants who are not currently buying from Fitzroy of London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Key accounts manager and BDD to agree strategy to achieve budget in territory
  • Proactively target contractors and establish Fitzroy of London as brand of choice
  • Do joint meetings with Key account manager for key decision makers in the trade
  • Work with Key account manager, internal account managers and marketing to ensure strategy is understood by contract merchants.
  • Keep opportunity pipeline ensuring it is always up to date
  • Generate leads for clients and architects for the specification team
  • Work with specification team to pull opportunities for specified product through contractor and merchants
  • Engage, support & believe in project registration system to guide project through preferred merchant
  • Provide update on key opportunities at weekly sales meeting

Performance Objectives

  • Achieve a minimum of £500k per annum PGP for territory
  • Meet weekly activity KPI objectives
  • Ensure NYMAS Group / Fitzroy of London  is the trusted supplier of choice for contract merchants in territory
  • Ensure NYMAS Group brands are brands of choice for relevant contractors in territory
  • Ensure branches are fully aware of marketing and head office / central strategy
  • Keep CRM data clean and up to date for area
  • Be a subject matter expert both from a market and product perspective
  • Ensure every opportunity is followed up to a conclusion and pipeline is kept up to date

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Qualifications: Formal Sales Tactical Training a benefit
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience Business Development, ideally in a similiar industry

Home Office Based with Live Team Link to Head Office in Billingham

Type:

Full-time. 45 hrs, Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
