Introducing the Oxford Doc M Pack and Our New Digital Configurator

We’re excited to officially launch two major new additions to Fitzroy of London: our new Oxford Doc M Pack and our interactive digital configurator.

Both have been developed with one simple goal in mind: to make it easier for architects, interior designers and design teams to create specification-ready accessible design-led washrooms that are fully compliant and highly durable.

Meet the Oxford Doc M Pack

Our new Oxford Doc M Pack has been designed specifically for high-use commercial, hospitality, and public environments, bringing together a carefully considered selection of components in one complete, compliant solution.

The pack includes ergonomic backrests, sanitary ware, grab rails and accessories, with each element selected and configured to meet the requirements of UK Building Regulations. We’ve also focused heavily on durability, incorporating reinforced mounting points and non-porous surfaces to withstand the demands of busy commercial environments.

And because compliance shouldn’t mean compromising on design, the Oxford Doc M Pack is available in five premium finishes: Satin, Polished, Dark Bronze, Matt Black and Satin Brass.

For us, it’s about removing the compromise between performance and aesthetics.

As our Managing Director, Craig Anderson, puts it: “The Oxford Doc M Pack removes that tension entirely. It gives designers a robust, design-led layout with high-quality, durable washroom products that look great and pass building controls every single time.”

Our New Digital Configurator Is Now Live

Alongside the physical product launch, we’re also introducing something completely new to our offering: our interactive digital configurator.

The configurator is now live and ready to use, giving specifiers a much simpler way to create compliant Doc M washroom layouts from the outset of a project. Rather than working through multiple product combinations, regulations and technical documents separately, users can configure their layout, select their preferred finishes and access project-ready technical information, drawings and other files - all in one place.

We developed it with the realities of the specification process in mind. Large-scale commercial projects involve multiple teams, tight deadlines and a huge amount of information, so we wanted to make the process more straightforward and intuitive.

Craig explains: “We wanted to give the industry a digital platform that completely streamlines their wider workflow. The configurator removes the traditional friction from the design stage. Instead of cross-referencing regulations for hours, multidisciplinary teams can now confidently visualise and specify a fully compliant washroom in real time.”

Designed For The Way Projects Work Today

For us, launching these two solutions together feels particularly significant. Inclusive design is increasingly being considered from the very beginning of a project, while digital tools are becoming an essential part of how teams collaborate and specify products. We are responding to both of these needs with solutions that make accessible washroom design more considered, more efficient and easier to manage.

The Oxford Doc M Pack combines the physical products and finishes needed to create a premium accessible washroom. Our configurator provides the digital support to specify it with greater confidence. Together, they give architects, designers and project teams a more complete toolkit for creating accessible spaces that feel genuinely integrated into the wider design.
