A Smarter Approach to Doc M Compliance
At the heart of our showcase is the Oxford Doc M Commercial Pack, developed to meet UK Building Regulations Doc M requirements with precision and ease.
Rather than leaving compliance open to interpretation, we’ve created a solution that brings together pre-configured components, all carefully considered and correctly positioned from the outset. Fixing heights, clearances, colour contrast and reach zones are fully aligned with regulations, helping specifiers avoid common pitfalls and reducing the risk of non-compliant layouts.
For us, it’s about creating a more streamlined route from design through to installation, particularly for projects where time, accuracy and accountability are critical.
Designed for Durability and Dignity
While compliance is essential, we also understand the real-world demands of high-traffic environments.
Our Oxford Pack is engineered for use across commercial, hospitality, leisure and public spaces, using robust materials, reinforced mounting points and non-porous surfaces to ensure long-term durability, hygiene and performance suitable for frequently used washrooms.
Importantly, we don’t believe functionality should come at the expense of design. The collection has been developed to balance practicality with a refined aesthetic, supporting spaces that feel both functional and considered.
Available in five finishes - Satin, Polished, Dark Bronze, Matt Black and Satin Brass - the range allows designers to integrate accessible solutions seamlessly into wider schemes. Ergonomically positioned grab rails, backrests and accessories are designed to support safe, comfortable and independent use, with dispensers placed within compliant reach zones.
A Digital Tool for Faster, Clearer Specification
Alongside the product launch, visitors to Clerkenwell Design Week will be able to preview our innovative new online configurator, launching in June 2026.
We’ve developed this tool to give specifiers greater control and confidence when designing Doc M-compliant washrooms. It enables users to configure layouts, explore finish options and generate fully specified outputs - including technical drawings, visual assets and BIM files - in just minutes.
By improving accuracy at the design stage and reducing the likelihood of errors, the configurator supports a more efficient workflow. It also helps project teams communicate more clearly, ensuring architects, designers and project managers can align on compliant, buildable solutions from the outset.
Meeting the Needs of Modern Projects
As the industry evolves, we’re seeing growing demand for accessible washroom solutions that are not only compliant, but also easy to specify, visually integrated and built to last.
Our latest innovations reflect this shift - combining pre-configured products with digital tools to support a more efficient, user-focused approach to inclusive design.
If you’re visiting Clerkenwell this May, we’d love for you to come and see what we’ve been working on.
