A Look Back at Our First Year

Innovative Product Launches

“To continue our mission to make luxury bathroom design accessible for all, this year saw the introduction of three new product ranges: the Portland accessories, Gosfield accessories, and Gosfield water controls,” says Craig, “These three collections have all been designed to suit both accessible and non-accessible bathrooms, meaning designers don’t need to look anywhere else for standard bathroom fittings – such as robe hooks and soap dispensers”.  

The comprehensive new assortment of concealed accessories, designed to complement the Portland range, draws inspiration from the classic Edwardian era and are made from solid brass in a selection of exquisite brass finishes. Offering a complete family of design-led washroom products that complement an array of schemes, the accessories are perfectly positioned to meet the needs of luxury environments whether they be in high-end hospitality or high-end residential. 

Responding to the growing demand for design continuity, as part of the Gosfield collection, we launched a new range of thoughtfully designed taps, showers, water controls and accessories to complement the existing grab rails, hinged support rails, backrests and shower seats. From robe hooks, soap dispensers and flush sensor bezels to shower arms, infrared sensor taps and precise shower mixers, the collection is a truly complete and unified offering whether for accessible or standard spaces – with the aim to ensure a seamless and integrated design solution across all bathroom elements for all audiences. 

New Staff Appointments

“As part of our rebrand, we have also welcomed new members of our senior team. With over 30 years of experience at management and board level, we appointed Anita Booty as our new Head of Finance. With a wealth of expertise, including financial management, strategic planning, commercial awareness and process improvement, she is integral in helping us achieve our vision and goals for where we will be taking the brand.  

In addition, we have recently appointed Simon Dolan as our new Senior Procurement and Operations Manager. With his extensive industry experience in strategic sourcing, end-to-end supply chain management, supplier relationship management and negotiation, we are excited to see what his insight and skill set will bring to the brand,” says Craig. 

Upcoming Hospitality Projects

"Our team have had a busy year working with clients on an array of projects including boutique hotels and high-end restaurants. Recently, we have worked with designers like Lind + Almond on The Newman hotel in Fitzrovia, opening in winter 2025, whose design brief was to create spaces that feel entirely Fitzrovian – and our Portland and Gosfield collections in a Polished Nickel plated were specified,” says Craig.  

“We also partnered with designers Upperworth Studios in Scotland on Seaton House in St Andrews to help create a 5-star luxury hotel that blends heritage with contemporary design. Chosen in a classic Polished Chrome plated finish, our sophisticated Hanson and Gosfield ranges were selected.”

A New Look for Our Showroom

The Fitzroy of London showroom is currently undergoing some exciting renovation work to be refitted with our newest collections to be showcased at this year’s HIX.  

“This is an exciting step in the transformation of the brand with the showroom update being a stronger representation of our brand offering,” says Craig, “As we move into 2026, we will be expanding our portfolio and offering more standard accessories to complement our existing accessible ones across both the Portland and Gosfield collections.” 

A New RIBA-Approved CPD

A first for Fitzroy of London, we have just launched our new RIBA-approved CPD on ‘Inclusive Commercial Washrooms’ for architects, designers and specifiers to explore how accessibility and design can coexist beautifully to create truly inclusive spaces.  

“Attendees will learn how commercial washrooms have evolved, gain key insights into Doc M and compliance regulations, understand practical guidance on specifying and enjoy an expert-led discussion with our accessible design expert ensuring they come away being able to specify with confidence,” says Craig.
